2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Lingerie sets and intimate wear that have been opened or worn.
  • Swimsuits and other personal apparel that have been used.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Shipping the Item: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement, and the return shipping cost will be covered by LustGlow.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Late Returns

If you return items after the 15-day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.
